A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.
Q. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in China, US & India. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. We ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 10-30 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking) :) We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
Q. Why is my order detail showing “PAYMENT ERROR”?
A. If you cancelled the payment process anytime during the checkout process, the incomplete order will be temporarily labeled “Payment Error”. Do not worry, simply click “Check Out” on the order detail page again, and you will be able to pay for your items and complete the order.
Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A. It will usually take 10-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q. I have received certain items, but not all items from my order?
A. We ship our products from different warehouses around the world, and always do our best to ship your items from the closest warehouse to your location. However, this might mean that some items arrive on different dates than others, as they are shipped from different warehouses.
Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?
A. It will take usually between 5-7 business days.
A. If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
- Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.
- If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!
Q. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Yes, shipping is Free Worldwide on most items.

A. We have an office in the beautiful country: India.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?
A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.
Q. What if I need to return something?
A. No worries! Contact us right away and we'll help guide you through the process - we'll send you a prepaid mailer to send the item back.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?
A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

A. If there’s something wrong with your order ( defective product, etc.), we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.
